When a politician gives a speech or holds a press conference on a Friday (like President Obama did with his "important" speech about the NSA and his proposals to "reign it in"), it means that the politician wants his or her speech ignored by many media outlets and missed by most Americans. So what does this 'Friday Speech" say about President Obama's real intentions regarding the NSA?
