You’ve heard of rabid fans. But the Detroit music duo Insane Clown Posse is striking back at the FBI for labeling its fervent fan group known as the "Juggalos," as a “loosely organized hybrid gang.” The U.S. Department of Justice gave the fan group just such an unflattering legal label in 2011, the lawsuit says.
"Organized crime is by no means part of the Juggalo culture," read a complaint filed in federal court in Detroit, adding that the gang designation is "unlawful" and "unconstitutionally vague."
