A television commercial shown during the Superbowl featured the American national anthem sung in various languages by members of various ethnic groups.
The fact that the national anthem was sung in various languages—including English—drove right-wingers nuts and they took to twitter to voice their outrage using the hastag #SpeakAmerican.
As usual, the right-wingers' tweets were full of the usual racial hatred and jingoism, but the twitterverse responded to the bigots with their own tweets:
Truth be told, the right-wing bigots don't give a damn about America and never did. They just want racists like themselves in total control of the country and they want to stop "all those damn minorities" from gaining any power or influence.
