Cop Fires Taser at 14-Yearr-Old Schoolgirl's Crotch: Cop Claimed One Thing — Video Said Another

On September 29, 2011 a 14-year-old Keshana Wilson was tasered by in the crotch by officer Jason Ammary outside Dieruff High school in Allentown, Philadelphia. Officer Ammary claimed the girl elbowed him in the head.  The officer claimed he fired at the girl's vaginal area because she blocked her torso with her backpack.The girl was charged with riot, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, walking on the highway, simple assault, and aggravated assault on the officer.

A lawsuit was filed by a lawyer who was hired by the mother of the victim and he managed to obtain a CCTV video of the incident. Not surprisingly, the part of the video showing the girl "elbowing the officer" was "missing." The video also proved the girl was not holding a backpack in her arms: the cop slammed her by the neck on a car and she was non-combative before she was tasered.

The assault and riot charges were dismissed.
