Cops Kill Black 12-Year-Old for Playing With Toy Gun at a Playground — But White Man With Assault Rifle at Airport is Left Alone

John Crawford was holding a toy rifle inside an Ohio Walmart when police gunned him down. Twelve year old Tamir Rice was holding a fake gun when Cleveland cops opened fire on the boy within two seconds of arriving on the scene. And new photographic evidence proves that a black engineer was holding an airsoft rifle, behind his neck according to witnesses, when he was shot by police.

The number of blacks who’ve been killed after police mistook their cell phones for guns are too many to count. Still, one white Georgia man, who was carrying an assault rifle that couldn’t be mistaken for anything other than an assault rifle, wandered around Atlanta’s airport without ever getting shot.

Jim Cooley carried his loaded AR-15 around Atlanta’s airport just because he could, since Georgia’s an “open carry” state. (Ohio is an open carry state as well, but that didn’t prevent the deaths of Tamir Rice or John Crawford.)

guns.  He was nevertheless hired again - only to kill.

Cooley, who was accompanied by his wife while dropping their daughter off at the airport, explained in an interview with WSB-TV that he knew it was legal to carry his rifle into the airport.

In places where carrying guns in public is supposedly "legal" -
blacks are always treated a lot differently from whites.

“You can carry in unsecured areas of the airport. Past TSA, never,” Cooley said.
